Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We offer a no-hassle exchange for a different size within 30 days. Just contact us at support@giftmaker.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy exchange process.
The item must be unused and in original condition.
Customers cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
We’ll send out the new size once we’ve received the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
